At one of Ireland’s largest banks we reduced the budgeting cycle from 3 months down to 2 weeks, freeing up hundreds of days for management, finance, budget holders and IT.

For a large government department we automated the entire process for the production and reporting of their budget.

In an insurance company we automated all of the sales and management reports, giving them access to all the company’s information right down to a transaction level.

For a large telecommunication company, Codec implemented an enterprise budgeting and planning application to automate the planning process. This included a custom built reporting application that delivers the reports to the Telecom Regulator and a dimensional profitability model which provides a view of profitability by business and by product.
