As well as selecting/deselecting projects, CSP can also evaluate the effect of moving projects over time. It does this by having an innovative ‘time-line’ view along which projects can be ‘moved’. This done simply by selecting each project and ‘dragging’ its start and end-dates. They can be also be moved, contracted or expanded. CSP sorts out the data stored with each project within this scenario but preserves the original project setup information for analysis within alternative scenarios.
Running this revised scenario enables the user to see the impact of this ‘flexing’ of time.
