Users log into CSP by giving a user name and password. This determines what they can see and what they are allowed to do. The first screen that is presented to them, shows the status of their projects – those that they are still working on, those submitted for approval and those either accepted or rejected. An icon against each initiative indicates its status.
Each project – or initiative as they are referred to in CSP, is assigned to a group which is set up by an administrator in advance of the planning process. To look at the detail contained within any initiative the relevant project is ‘double-clicked’. In this demonstration ‘Build New Plant in Yeovil’ is selected.
