This is wonderful opportunity (Dublin-based) for the right people to join a great team of Digital Sales Executives on a high growth path.  Codec use the latest in Digital Marketing techniques to build a pipeline of excellent prospects for our Inside Sales team to engage with, help and close Microsoft Cloud solutions for our customers.  We provide the best Sales Enablement program in the channel and are increasing our revenues of Microsoft technology by 25% month-on-month in 2017.  The demand for our services is so high that we now need to recruit additional professional, high energy, motivated individuals to continue to help our customers on their Digital Transformation journey.

Our Digital Sales Executives are Sales Enabled with Deal Support, Presales Support, Technology & most important – Excellent Training & Role Playing.This role is mainly inside sales but with a requirement for customer site meetings. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications.

Experience Required:

  • 2 years in an outbound Sales role.
  • Experience in technology sales preferable but not required.
  • Ability to develop customers using Skype for Business, Online Presentations & video content.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics :

  • Strong effective communicator on the phone and in person.
  • Driven with a hunger to succeed with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to work in a team of diverse employees.
  • Knowledge of digital sales strategy with a demonstrated track record.
  • Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice.
  • Ability to adapt and lead in a fast moving company.
  • Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment.
  • Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in selling including CRM, written communication, website, customer research, Microsoft software suite of products.
