Role Summary

Immediate contract requirement for a software developer who has worked in Dynamics XRM/CRM development roles. Applicants must have at least 3 – 5 years’ experience designing and implementing software solutions using Dynamics XRM/CRM.adopted Dynamics XRM/CRM as a corporate platform. Various systems are being developed using Dynamics XRM/CRM technology, underpinned by several data warehouses. These systems are interfaced to other Line of Business Applications and it is expected that the systems and their interfaces will continue to evolve and be enhanced on an on-going basis.

Requirement for a software developer who possesses Dynamics XRM/CRM skills and whose primary responsibility will be the development of new systems and the delivery of system enhancements for existing systems. Planning to migrate to CRM Online. The role requires deep technology knowledge and the ability to develop Dynamics XRM/CRM solutions in line with business requirements. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Solution Architecture.


Principal Accountabilities

Develop solutions

·         Assist the Head of Solution Architecture to define and document technical requirements

·         Design and prototyping of solutions

·         Build and maintain applications using Microsoft best practice methodologies

·         Design and build workflows

·         Design and customise Dynamics XRM/CRM solutions


Support the business

·         On-going support for Dynamics XRM/CRM applications

·         Plan and implement software version upgrade releases

·         Troubleshoot and debug issues with Dynamics XRM/CRM solutions

·         Liaise with business units and service functions on Dynamics XRM/CRM customisation projects

·         Monitor system performance and conduct performance tuning where required

·         Interface with Microsoft Corporation for technical support



·         Degree in computing or engineering or equivalent;

·         Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics XRM/CRM

·         At least 3 – 5 years’ experience designing and implementing software solutions using Dynamics XRM/CRM

·         Knowledge of Microsoft best practice development methodologies

·         Ability to work as part of a development team

·         Knowledge of Data Modelling and Data Integration

·         Excellent understanding of Dynamic XRM/CRM 2015/2016 platform & CRM Online

·         Knowledge of scripting with PowerShell

·         Understanding of C#, and .NET Framework

·         Additional technical requirements include hands-on experience in several of the following products or technologies: .NET Development Platform (Visual Studio, .Net Framework), RESTful Web Services, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, ASP.Net, SQL Server Database, MS SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), XML, JSON

·         Knowledge of using structured software development lifecycle techniques TFS 2012+ Source Control & JIRA for issues tracking



·         Experience of Microsoft design patterns would be an advantage

·         Experience in data migration concepts to CRM from legacy systems

·         Experience in the integration of Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint.

·         Experience of unit/system testing

·         Experience of liaising with business analysts and assisting in the definition of user requirements
