Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-established and successful company, operating in a rapidly growing market. This role is Dublin based, selling services into the D365 market.

 

This role is responsible for growing our customer base and achieving our targets for new business.

You will run the entire sales cycle from working with marketing on lead generation to closing deals.

 

  • 6+ years of software sales experience, preferably in CRM/D365 sales.
  • Experience of selling high-value contracts involving multiple decision makers.
  • Deliver on the company’s New Business Revenue, and Pipeline targets.

§ Represent the company at marketing events, networking events, meetings with prospects or partners.

  • Locate and create sales opportunities in our target sectors.
  • Consult with customers to understand their requirements and to align solutions and services accordingly.
  • Responsible for preparation and delivery of sales presentations, demonstrations, solution proposal, responses to tenders.
  • Maintain sales plan, and provide accurate pipeline forecasting to the business.

 

Requirements for the Role:

Essential

  • Experience of selling high-value contracts involving multiple decision makers.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Network of contacts in sectors that our business can target.
  • Sound business acumen, with the expertise to construct commercials proposals, and to negotiate to close.
  • Knowledge of D365 to a level where the architecture and benefits can be clearly communicated.
  • Familiarity with key Microsoft technology for business environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Irish market-place.
  • Demonstrable network of strong, leverage-able relationships with potential clients.
  • Degree level qualification, preferably in IT or Business.

 

 

Advantageous:

  • Knowledge of D365 is a bonus.
  • Benefits Selling training such as SPIN etc.
  • Experience of selling to Government and major corporations.
  • Excellent knowledge of the D365 buying processes and cycles essential.
