Ciara has been working with Microsoft 3 years and leads the health business, supporting customers across the Island on their digital transformation, ensuring that the best of Microsoft and their partner’s solutions are achieved.  Prior to Microsoft, Ciara spent 8 years at IQVIA, delivering technology solutions in the Life Sciences industry.  Ciara has over 20 years’ experience driving strategic engagements, securing a position as a trusted partner and providing value to customers.

Frank O'Donnell

Frank O'Donnell, Public Sector Director, Microsoft 

Frank O’Donnell is the Public Sector Lead for Microsoft Ireland where he is responsible for the business across the island covering Government, Health and Education. He has over 20 years’ experience working within the public sector as a Senior Director at Scottish Enterprise and advising public sector clients as a Partner/Country Head at PA Consulting and Head of Health and Public Sector Consulting at KPMG. Frank’s work has been primarily focused on the application of technology to transform government and public services in the Irish, UK and Middle East markets. He led several strategic engagements with the Department of Health and HSE including defining the overall strategic case for a national Electronic Health Record, performance improvement in Hospitals, and reform of Financial Management. He led Microsoft’s engagement with key customers across Education, Health and Government in their response to Covid-19.
