Codec-dss announces full acquisition of Galway based to form Ireland’s largest Microsoft Partner.


Deal solidifies Codec-dss’ nationwide presence as rebrands as Codec-dss.


Dublin, March 23rd  2016 — Codec-dss, Ireland’s leading ICT provider has today announced that is has acquired the Galway based CRM firm,

With the acquisition of, which will be rebranded and operated under the Codec-dss banner, Codec-dss has solidified it’s nationwide presence with offices in Dublin, Belfast, Cork and now Galway. This is in addition to their overseas offices in London, Warsaw and Cologne. The Galway operation will act as a gateway to Codec-dss’ customer base in the west of Ireland and will see the new operation offer a full suite of ICT solutions to the customer base.
