Codec are pleased to announce the launch of our Return to Work App. Developed on the Power Platform by a team of Office 365 consultants, this App has been designed to assist businesses in their efforts to enable staff return to work and within the guidelines as set out by the HSE in their Return to Work Safely Protocol.

Available free of charge on all Office 365 plans, this comprehensive and feature rich app has been designed with a full view of the organisation in mind and provides functionality across the following areas:

  • Return to Work for System Administrators: Designed to be used by power users and administrators who are responsible for setting up the building locations, floors/sections layout.
  • Return to Work for End Users: Application to be used by end users to reserve desks. Ability to book for the day or hour (depending on set-up) and associated forms are provided for completion before return to the office.
  • Return to Work for Mobile: Mobile version for end users allowing access to all the key features of the app.

With full reporting and contact tracing capabilities, this app will further ensure that companies are compliant with all the necessary government and HSE guidelines to protect their staff in this most challenging of times. There are powerful Power BI and dashboard reporting features available once the correct licenses are in place.
